This project entailed the renovation of retail space in a landmarked building of the Flatiron District in Manhattan. The project included the structural alteration and “white” box fit out of the cellar and 1^st floor retail spaces, installation of an elevator and lift, and the renovation and preservation of landmarked storefront.
